Deborah T. Feldstein, Esq. is an experienced attorney concentrating her practice on civil litigation, real estate, and bankruptcy matters. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, where she received the American Jurisprudence Award in Wills and Trusts. Early in her career, Ms. Feldstein worked with Municipal Employees Legal Services in New York City, representing city employees in bankruptcy and real estate matters.
Ms. Feldstein is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. She is a frequent speaker at the ICLE Foreclosure Update Seminar and is recognized for her knowledge of foreclosure and tax lien matters. In addition, she co-authored Tax Liens: The Complete Guide to Investing in New Jersey Tax Liens, a comprehensive resource for professionals and investors navigating New Jersey tax lien law.
