Paul W. Margaritis
Paul W. Margaritis is a real estate investor, developer, and asset manager specializing in residential, multifamily, and mixed-use redevelopment throughout New Jersey. Since 2004, he has successfully implemented the BRRRR (Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) strategy, combining value-add investing with private capital raising and long-term financing. Today, Paul invests in and syndicates large multifamily acquisitions across the Southeast, helping acquire and manage portfolios totaling more than 1,000 apartment units.
Stan Wilder
Owner, Wilder Property Acquisitions
Stan Wilder is a full-time real estate investor and owner of Wilder Property Acquisitions. After beginning as a part-time cash flow investor in 2010, he transitioned into full-time investing and has completed more than 90 fix-and-flip projects throughout New Jersey since 2017. He also owns rental properties in Pennsylvania and has been an active member of SJREIA since 2016, where he enjoys sharing practical investing strategies with others.
David Corsi
President, Metro Real Estate Investors Association (MREIA)
Dave Corsi is the President of The Metro Real Estate Investors Association and has been investing in real estate since the early 1980's. Formerly David was the Vice President of the New Jersey Association of Real Estate Professionals, a real estate advocacy group. He has testified in Trenton and Washington on real estate and tax issues. Mr. Corsi was a candidate for the US Congress in the 12th Congressional District in 2008 and 2010. He was the host of radio talk show programs "Let's Talk Real Estate" and "The Lowdown".
Aaron is a full-time real estate investor and co-founder of Peoples Capital Group. He is also a speaker and host of the New Jersey Real Estate Network (NJREN) and the Passive Cash Flow Podcast, as well as an adjunct professor at Rowan University, where he teaches Real Estate Entrepreneurship.
Within Peoples Capital Group, Aaron helped build and currently manages an $8 million real estate portfolio, with real estate assets located throughout New Jersey. He has completed over 300 real estate transactions and has helped more than 100 clients invest, build, and preserve their own wealth in real estate.
Additionally, Aaron enjoys speaking at real estate and business events throughout the NYC Metropolitan Area, helping to educate people about real estate investing. He has been a guest on over 80 podcasts and has hosted over 180 episodes of his own podcast.
Aaron enjoys developing strong relationships with his clients, including both accredited investors and larger institutional investment groups and family offices, helping them identify their vision and bring it to life.
